Jim Cowen

Jim Cowen is Executive Director at the Collaborative for Student Success, a non-profit advocacy organization defending policies, strategies and initiatives that accelerate learning and improve curriculum choices so that all kids are better prepared for college or career. Jim is a proud former Naval Officer and honed his communications and public relations experience as Senior Vice President at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. He is a graduate of Marquette University and holds a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University.
