The U.S. Department of Education published in the Federal Register Proposed Regulations around Title I of ESSA. The public are invited to comment.

June 2, 2016: DUAL LANGUAGE LEARNERS 

On June 2 the White House announced a new Federal policy statement from the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services and Education on better supporting our country’s youngest dual language learners (DLLs) in early childhood programs.
